Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOARD AND ITS POWERS AND FUNCTIONS

The Board shall consist of the following directors, namely :-
- (a) the Secretary to Government in charge of the department of Rural Development and Local Adminis- tration who shall be the Chalrman of the Board, ex- officio ;
- (b) the Secretary to Government in charge of the Finance Department, ex-0fSicio ;
- (c) the Member-Secretary of the Madras Metro- politan Development Authority established under section
