Tamil Nadu Act 55 of 1961 to cease to apply to forests in janmam estates.

For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that with effect on and from the appointed day the Tamil Nadu Private Forests (Assumption of Management) Act, 1961 shall cease to apply to forests which have vested in the Government under Section 3.
