Certain janmam estates to be treated as importible janmam estate for purposes of compensation

38. (1) Where the powers of the janmi to alienate any property in janmam estate as restricted the provisions of this Act relating to the payment and apportionment of compensation in respect of the janman estate held by impartible tarwad shall, so far as may be, and subject to such rules as may be made by the Government in this behalf, apply to the payment and apportionment of the compensation payable in respect of the janman estate.
