Statutory text
  1. (1) The Chief Urban Planner (Transport), Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority shall be the Member-Secretary of the Authority.
  2. (2) The Authority may appoint such number of officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
  3. (3) The term of office and the terms and conditions of service of the Member-Secretary, officers and employees of the Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
