Removal from membership of the Authority

If, at any time, it appears to the Government that a nominated or co-opted member has shown to be unsuitable for office or has been guilty of misconduct or neglect which renders his removal expedient, the Government may, after giving such nominated or co-opted member, a reasonable opportunity of showing cause, by order, remove such nominated or co-opted member, from the office.
