Construction of references to the “Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University” and “Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act” References to “the Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University” and “the Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act” in any Act or in any rule, notification, proceeding, order, regulation, by-law or other instrument made or issued under such Act or in any statute or regulation made or continued in force under the principal Act shall be construed as references to “the Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University” and “the Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University Act”, respectively.
