Chapter III OFFICERS OF UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
- (a) The Controller of Examinations shall be an academician in the field of Art and Culture with a degree of Bachelor of Music or Fine Arts or Performing Arts and a whole time salaried officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
- (b) The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
