Chapter IV AUTHORITIES OF UNIVERSITY

- (1) A person shall be disqualified for nomination as a member of any of the authorities of the University, if on the date of such nomination he is,-
- (i) of unsound mind;
- (ii) adjudicated as an undischarged insolvent;
- (iii) convicted by a criminal court to imprisonment for any offence.
