Appeal.

Any person aggrieved by any order of the Deputy Commissioner (a) refusing registration of any vehicle under section 6; or (b) suspending the licence of any hackney carriage under section 10; or (c) refusing the grant of a licence to act as driver of any hackney carriage under section 19; or (d) suspending the licence of the driver of a hackney carriage under section 22, may, subject to such conditions and within such period as may be prescribed by by-laws made under section 50, appeal to the Commissioner and the order of the Commissioner on such appeal shall be final.
