Power to authorise Inspector to adjust weights or measures.

Where the Controller is of opinion that it is necessary so to do, he may, by an order in writing, authorise an Inspector, or other officer not below the rank of an Inspector, to adjust any weight or measure in any area within the local limits of his jurisdiction.
