Custody and verification of reference standards.

Every reference standard, supplied by the Central Government to the State Government, shall be kept at such place and in such custody as may be prescribed, and no such reference standard shall be deemed to be a reference Standard and shall be used as such unless it has been verified and authenticated in accordance with the rules made under the Central Act.
