Penalty for obstructing Inspector.

Whoever wilfully obstructs the Chief Inspector or an Inspector in the exercise of any power under this Act or rules made thereunder or conceals or prevents any employer in an establishment from appearing before or being examined by the Chief Inspector or an Inspector, shall, on conviction, be punished with five hundred rupees and which may extend to five thousand rupees or simple imprisonment for six months or both.
