Opening and closing hours of commercial establishments.

(1) No commercial establishment shall on any day be opened earlier than 8.30 a.m. and kept open after 9.30 p.m. (2) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), the State Government may fix different opening or closing hours for different classes of commercial establishments or for different areas or for different periods of the year.
