Appointment of Chief Inspector and Inspectors

Statutory text
(1) The State Government may, by notification, appoint as many Inspectors for different areas thereof as may be considered necessary. (2) The State Government may, by notification, appoint one of the Inspectors to be the Chief Inspector for the purposes for this Act who may exercise all the powers of an Inspector.
