Filling of casual vacancy in the office of Adhakshya or Upadhakshya

In the event of removal of an Adhashya or an Upadhakshya under section 55 or when a vacancy occurs in the office of the Adhakshya or Upadhakshya by resignation, death or otherwise the Zilla Panchayat shall elect another Adhakshya or Upadhakshya, as the case may be.
