Right of individual members At a meeting of a Zilla Panchayat, a member may move any resolution and put questions to the Adhakshya or Upadhakshya, as the case may be, on matters connected with the administration of Zilla Panchayat or execution of rural works or schemes entrusted to or undertaken by such Zilla Panchayat.
