Power of the Board to manage water supply and sewerage assets of private entity

The private entity may in the manner prescribed, request the Board to takeover and manage its water supply and sewerage assets. The Board may on receiving such request takeover and manage the water supply and sewerage assets of the private entity and may collect such fees from the private entity as may be agreed through agreement with them.
