Private drain not to be connected with Board sewers without written permission

Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 44 shall on conviction be punished with, simple imprisonment which shall not be less than one month but which may extend to one year or with a daily fine of rupees two hundred per day upto a maximum of rupees one thousand.
