Power to incur expenditure beyond the limits of Board

Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the Board may, with the approval of the Government, authorize expenditure to be incurred, beyond the limits of the Jaipur Urban Area, for creation and maintenance of physical assets for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
