Power to make rules.

Statutory text
- (1) The State Government may from time to time make rules for the purpose of carrying out generally the provisions of this Act and regulating any particular matter thereunder which requires to be prescribed or in respect of which rules are required to be or may be made. (2) The State Government may make rules for prescribing strength, salary, the conditions of service and emoluments, recruitment, granting leave, censuring, reducing, suspending or dismissing an employee of any of the services of the Authority for misconduct and dispensing with their services for any other reason under section 9.
