Repeal and savings

- (1) The Bikaner Development Authority Ordinance, 2024 (Ordinance No. 3 of 2024) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Bikaner Development Authority Ordinance, 2024 (Ordinance No. 3 of 2024) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
