Power of the Authority as to legal matters

The Authority may,-(a) institute, defend or withdraw from any legal proceeding;(b) compound any offence against this Act; and(c) admit, compromise or withdraw any claim made in any legal proceeding or otherwise:Provided that no withdrawal from prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be made except with the permission of the court.
