Research Council

There shall be a Research Council consisting of the following, namely:- Research Council1the Vice-ChancellorEx-officio Chairman2the Directors of Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Fisheries Department of the Government and Chief Conservator of Forests, Rajasthan(depending upon research mandate and programmes of the University)Member3all Directors of the UniversityMember4all Deans of the FacultiesMember5all Zonal Directors of Research and ExtensionMember6all University Heads of departmentsMember7two scientists of eminence from outside of the University to be nominated for particular meeting by the Vice-Chancellor for their specialized knowledge of subjects on the agenda of meetingsMember8the Research Council may co-opt as members not more than four persons for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed as to secure adequate representation of different sectors of agriculture and allied fieldsMember9the Director, ResearchSecretary
