9. Registration of Aggregators.-

(1) Every aggregator shall be required to get registered with the State Government within sixty days of enforcement of this Act. (2) The State Government shall maintain a register of aggregators operating in the State along with the name and designation of an officer authorised by the State Government responsible for carrying out obligations under this Act. (3) The State Government shall publish the register of aggregators on its web portal.
