11. Platform Based Gig Workers Welfare Fee.-

(1) There shall be charged, from an aggregator a welfare fee known as “The Platform Based Gig Workers Welfare Fee”, which shall be at such rate (percent) of the value of each transaction related to platform based gig worker as may be notified by the State Government. Explanation.-For the purposes of this section, ‘the value of each transaction’ shall not include any tax paid or payable. (2) Such fee shall be collected by the State Government in such manner and within such time as may be prescribed.
