Repeal.

The Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952 (President’s Act V of 1952), is hereby repealed; Provided that any appointment, notification, order, scheme, rule, form or by-law, made or issued under the repealed Act shall, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue in force and shall be deemed to have been made or issued under the provisions of this Act, as if this Act was in force at the time.
