Government in the exercise of any power by this Act conferred on such Collector or the [State] Government.

Power to recover water-dues water-rates and other charges by revenue process All water-dues, water-rates and other payments at any time due by or to be collected from any person under any provision of this Act or under an agreement entered into by the owners of the canal or the person irrigating from it and all arrears of such water-dues, water-rates or other payments shall be recoverable as if the same were arrears of land-revenue.
