Supplementary budget.

(1) The Chairman may, at any time during the year for which a budget has been sanctioned lay a supplementary budget before the Board at a special meeting. (2) The provisions of sub-section (2) of section 70, and of sections 71 and 72 shall apply to every supplementary budget.
