Variation of housing, development or improvement scheme.

Any time after a housing, development or improvement scheme has been sanctioned by the Board or the Government, as the case may be, and before it has been carried into execution, the Board may alter or cancel it in the manner provided for the framing and bringing into operation of a new scheme.
