Jurisdiction of other courts barred

(1) No award under this Act shall be called in question in any court or in any other manner except as provided hereinafter. (2) No person shall challenge in any court, or before the Tribunal, the amounts notified by the Central Government under section 12 as the cost of a scheme and the income from it.
