Support to the production

The producer shall get support to the production through supply of inputs, land use, technical advice and any other activity related thereto as specified in the agreement: Provided that the buyer shall supply all the material and technical advice as per recommended practices by the authorities as may be specified in the bye-laws: Provided further that the buyer shall be responsible for all such activities undertaken for the best of production and in case of failure or any loss, he shall be responsible for the extent as decided by the Commission keeping in view the circumstances and local conditions over there.
