Procedure and form of Contract farming agreement

Contract farming agreement shall be governed in the manner as laid down hereinafter:-

1. (1) The buyer shall register himself with the Registering Authority of the area where the produce is to be grown, in such a manner, as may be specified in the bye-laws.
2. (2) The registration, for a period, can be made after paying the requisite fee as specified in the bye-laws.
3. (3) The buyer shall get the agreement registered with the Registering Authority authorized in this behalf. The agreement shall be in such Form, containing such particulars and terms and conditions, as may be specified in the bye-laws.
4. (4) Dispute arising out of an agreement may be referred to the Collector for settlement.
