Powers to make bye-laws

The Commission may frame bye-laws for the conduct of its business and regulation of contract farming in the State or any such matter to fulfil the purposes under this Act, as the Commission may deem fit: Provided that the bye-laws shall be issued by the notification and published in the Official Gazette of the State Government.
