Information of death occurring in clinical establishments

If any death occurs in a clinical establishment, the owner, proprietor or the management thereof shall within twenty-four hours from the time of such occurrence, furnish such information in respect thereof in the prescribed form to the supervising authority and to such other authority or authorities as may be prescribed.
