Clinical establishment to comply with certain requirements

Every clinical establishment registered or deemed to be registered under this Act shall comply with such requirements in relation to location, accommodation, equipments and instruments and personnel (biomedical and Paramedical) as may be prescribed: Provided that the State Government may relax any such requirements in respect of clinical establishments situated in rural areas.
