Conditions of services of Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, etc.

(1) The Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner, the Assistant Commissioners, the Sub-ordinate Officers and staff appointed under this Act shall be the Servants of the State Government and they shall draw their pay pension, leave and other allowances from the Consolidated Fund of the State. The conditions of service of such Officers shall be such as may be prescribed from time to time. (2) There shall be paid out of the Endowment Fund and the State Government shall have power to direct the payment of, at such time as they may deem fit, such cost as the State Government may from time to time incur from out of the Consolidated Fund on account of pay, pension, leave and other allowances of the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner Assistant Commissioners, other Sub-ordinate Officers and staff appointed under this Act.
