Office-holders and Servants of temples, not to be in possession of jewels or other valuable articles except under conditions

Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of this Act no Office-holder or Servant of a temple shall have the right to be in possession of the jewels or other valuable belongings to the temple except under such conditions and safeguards as the Commissioner may by general or special order direct.
