Self-declaration by land owners

Statutory text
  1. (1) After notification under section 3, every land owner may submit in the concerned Tahasil Office or Camp Office, a self-declaration of plots owned or held by him in the prescribed manner.
  2. (2) The Tahasil Office or Camp Office, as the case may be, shall verify the self-declaration received under sub-section
  3. (1) on the basis of the available records and issue verification certificate.
