Reorganizing ongoing survey operations

The Government may, by order, reorganize the ongoing survey operations in the districts concerned or in any area, as the case may be, to bring the same in conformity with the provisions of this Act, so far as it may be deemed necessary, in the prescribed manner and the earlier proceedings shall not be construed to be illegal to any extent on account of the special Survey conducted under this Act.
