Consolidation to follow special survey and settlement

The record of rights finally published in respect of any revenue village covered by special survey and settlement under this Act shall be taken into account for the purpose of consolidation operations as provided in the Odisha Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972.
