Register to be maintained by a registered agent

Every registered agent shall maintain a register in the prescribed form, showing- (a) the name, father's name, age and address of the dadan labourer recruited by him; (b) the name and address of the employer; (c) place and nature of work; (d) brief description of the agreement; and (e) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
