Liability to work to be extinguished on the expiry of agreement

The liability to work under the agreement between the agent and the dadan labourer shall stand extinguished on the expiry of the period specified in such agreement: Provided that the extinguishment of the liability to work shall in no way affect the other rights and liabilities of the parties to the agreement.
