Revocation of registration in certain cases

If the registering authority is satisfied, either on a reference made to it in this behalf or otherwise, that- (a) the registration of the agent has been obtained by misrepresentation or suppression of any material fact; or (b) the agent has contravened any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder; or (c) for any reason the registration has become useless or ineffective and, therefore, requires to be revoked, he may, after giving an opportunity to the agent to be heard, revoke the registration.
