Exclusion of courts jurisdiction

No election of a member of a Regional Council shall be called in question in any court, and no court shall grant an injuction: (a) to postpone the election of a member of a Regional Council; or (b) to prohibit a person, declared to have been duly elected under this Act, from taking part in the proceedings of a Regional Council of which he has been elected a member; or (c) to prohibit a member nominated or elected to a Regional Council from entering upon his duties.
