Exclusion of Courts Jurisdiction

No election of a member of an Area Council shall be called in question in any court, and no court shall grant an injuction:- (a) to postpone the election of a member of an Area Council; or (b) to prohibit a person, declared to have been duly elected under this Act, from taking part in the proceedings of an Area Council of which he has been elected a member; or (c) to prohibit member elected to an Area Council from entering upon his duties.
