Vacation of Member’s seat

A member holding the office as a Chairman of a Regional Council shall vacate his office – (1) on ceasing to be a member of the said Council; or (2) when a member resigns his seat by writing under his hand; or (3) when a member is removed by the State Government on becoming disqualified.
