The functions of the Treasurer of a Water UserlsAssociation shall be

(i) to maintain all receipts, vouchers of expenditure and otherrelated records. (ii) to maintain and update cashbook, cheque book, bills and other registers. (iii) to get annual account audited by authorized auditor. (iv) to prepare annual financial budget. (v) to make payments on orders of the President. (vi) to get funds fiom different resources.
