Changes in Water User's Association

The Department may in the interest of the Water User's Association in the command area, by notification and in accordance with the rules made in this behalf, (a) form a new Water User's Association by separating the area from any Water User's Association; (@) increase the area of any WaterUser'sAssociation; (c) diminish the area of any Water User's Association; (d) alter the boundaries of any Water User's Association; (e) cancel anotification issuedunder this Act orrectifying any mistake; : provided that, no such separation, increase, diminution, alteration and cancellation shall be effected unless areasonable opportunity is given to the organisation likely to ba affected.
