Power to prescribe minimum qualifications for recruitment. Subject to the regulations framed under clause (d)
- (i) of sub-section
- (2) of section 32 read with section 12
- (d) of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993) the State Government may make rules regulating the minimum qualifications for, and the method of recruitment of employees of unaided private educational institutions.
