Employees to be governed by a Code of Conduct

Employees to be governed by a Code of Conduct Every employee of a recognised educational institution whether Government or aided private educational institution shall be governed by such Code of Conduct as may be prescribed by the Government under this Act, and violation of any of the provisions of such code of conduct shall render an employee concerned to be liable to such disciplinary action as may be prescribed.
